Returns & Exchanges We want you to love your SimvaArt order! If you're not satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Eligible for return: Items in original, unused condition with original packaging Items that arrived damaged or defective Not eligible for return: Custom or personalised orders Items marked as final sale How to Start a Return Email us at alavi@trypeers.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. We'll send return instructions within 24 hours. Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrived damaged, please photograph it and contact us immediately. We'll send a replacement at no extra cost — no need to return the item.
